Au termes d’un acte sous seing privé du 22 novembre 2020, la société SNRI et la société VALCO VALVES SERVICES ont établi un projet de fusion aux termes duquel la société VALCO VALVES SERVICES doit transmettre son patrimoine à la société SNRI par voie de fusion par absorption.
